Time to take part in our Autumn Patient Survey

Here at Tudor Lodge, we’re always working hard to make your visit and experience of our service the best it can be. But to make this happen, we need your help as a valued patient of our practice.

Do you have a few minutes spare to tell us what you think we’re doing well and what we could be doing better? We’ve put together a quick survey we’d love you to fill in.

Your opinions really matter to us – they’re like a roadmap for the team on what we should focus on next. So, whether you’ve had a great experience or there’s something we need to work on, we want to know.

We’ll leave the survey open for a couple of weeks to give everyone plenty of time to take part and report back what you’ve told us before the end of the year.
